Recommended attire:
Long sleeves, long pants and comfortable sneakers are recommended.
Please wear clothing that can get a little dirty from dirt and leaves, as there will be time to walk and lie down (solo time) in the forest.

Recommended items to bring:
Hat, backpack, towel, writing utensils (pens or pencils), hydration drinks (water, oolong tea, etc.), warm clothes (for cold days), umbrella or other rain gear (for cloudy/rainy days), your favorite sunscreen, sunglasses (for sunny days).
Insect repellent spray and other frequently used miscellaneous items and medications.

Food Restrictions and Allergies:
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at the time of application. Otherwise, we will assume that you do not have any medical condition, disability, general health problem, or food or allergy problem ("medical condition") that would prevent or interfere with your participation in this service.

What if it rains?
The tour will take place in light rain. You will enjoy the wet forest. Please bring an umbrella and a hat.

What will you do if there is a storm?
The tour staff will make the decision by 6pm the day before and notify all participants by e-mail. In case of cancellation, the tour fee will be refunded.

Notes on experience:
・Please do not participate in the tour if you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or other health problems on the day of the tour.
・If you are unable to participate in the tour, please contact the emergency contact number on the day of the tour as soon as possible.
・Participants are encouraged (but not mandatory) to conduct a health check using the devices provided before and after the forest bathing to monitor the effects of the tour.

Notes on posting reviews and others:
You may post reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content (“User Content”) to the Site provided you represent and warrant that such User Content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property. You may not, however, use any photographs or videos recorded during the services for commercial purposes. We are not responsible for any content posted by users or third parties.

Cancel by May 7 - 20% Cancellation fee
Cancel after May 7 - No refund

Tour Operating Conditions:
This tour will not be held if there are 8 or fewer applicants.
If there are more than 16 applicants, the sale will close before the deadline.

Medical Conditions, Disabilities and General Health:
If you make a reservation for a service, we will assume that you do not have any medical condition, disability, general health problem or food or allergy problems (“Medical Conditions”) that would prevent or interfere your participation in the services. If you have a medical condition of any kind, please consult us in advance at the of application. In addition, under no circumstances should you travel or use the services if you have been advised by a physician not to travel or use the service, or if you have consulted a physician and are likely to receive such advice.

Travel participation conditions:
If it is deem difficult to carry out the tour due to the physical condition of the customer, or if the customer’s behavior deeded likely to endanger the tour participants, the tour manager may cancel all or part of the tour without refund or compensation for your safety.

Compensation while on the tour:
This tour is a local event and not a travel organized tour. We recommend that you purchase your own personal accident insurance.

Photos and Videos:
We reserve the right to use photograph/video taken during the services or at any event organized by us without further consent or written permission of the person depicted in the photograph/video. If you do not wish to be featured in the photos or video, please notify your guide before the tour starts.
